This centrally located home offers a fantastic home base to experience the best of Truckee and the Lake Tahoe area. Our home is a short 15-minute walk away from downtown Truckee where you can enjoy boutique shops and restaurants. A number of outdoor activities and adventures are right on your doorstep. In winter, enjoy nearby iconic ski resorts, including Northstar and Squaw Valley. During the summer, enjoy hiking and biking, including the meandering route of The Truckee River Legacy Trail -- just an 8-minute stroll from your front door.

- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.

- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- All guests shall abide by our vacation home's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
