Inside the destination

- The townhome is within walking distance to the Frostwood Gondola, which provides access up to the base of the Canyons Village. From there, guests can shop for gear or visit one of the many restaurants. - Take the Red Pine Gondola or the Orange Bubble Express to access the ski slopes.

- One parking space in front of the home - An additional parking lot across from the home is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

95% Refund: Receive a 95% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.

45% Refund: Receive a 45% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 21 days before check-in.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds subject to a 5% processing fee of the total.

Things you need to know

Additional sleeping is provided by a pull-out sofa sleeper located in the living room.

Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

Community access to the lap pool, hot tub, fire pits, and a fully equipped gym. You will be provided with a fob for access to these amenities.

As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
