The kitchenette, equipped with a Keurig coffeemaker, refrigerator, and microwave, provides the essentials for a cozy stay. Outside, guests are treated to stunning views of the Hill Country from the comfort of covered porches, while a serene pond and inviting outdoor common areas, including a gas firepit with seating, enhance the peaceful ambiance. The property also boasts a pavilion with three gas grills and cornhole, perfect for casual gatherings. 95% Refund: Receive a 95% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 15 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 14 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 5% processing fee of the total.

The Bridal Suite also includes a makeup station.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Registered guests are responsible for any damage done to a home and or extra cleaning fees. Should additional (above and beyond the norm) cleaning be required, your credit card will be charged a $25/hour fee. Some homes charge by the bedroom. If you use more bedrooms than initially reserved we will charge the extra charges to your credit card.
- Homeowners have the right to police the number of people you have in your party. If a homeowner reports extra guests to the Property Management’s office, your credit card will be charged appropriately.
- If you or your guests smoke in a non-smoking home, your credit card may be charged a $300 fee.
- There is a minimum $25.00 fee per set of keys for failure to return them to Property Management’s office.
- Complaints received at or after checkout will not be considered for discount or refund.
- No refunds will be issued should you choose to vacate the property prior to your reservation's departure date.
