This house was absolutely amazing. The owners of the house spared no expense on the details of the construction of the home. Very high end appliances and gas fireplaces seems like in every room! Sylvia and Claudia were amazing as well with responding to any questions and reservations I may have had. When we got to the house Sylvia had lots of fresh snacks and guacamole that was amazing when we arrived and also Margaritas! The outdoor living area is where you will want to spend most of your time. Great spot! Already thinking about renting this house again... RB

Out door music must be controlled to avoid disturbing the neighborhood.
Small children should be supervised by adults at all times, adults are responsible for children's safety.
Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
The property is not responsible for items left behind.
Guest will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
Smoking is allowed only in the Condo's terrace as long as cigar or cigarette butts are properly disposed.
In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties.
All trash must be contained in trash bags and placed in proper containers.
