We had a wonderful couples weekend at Bab Al Shams. The decor was stunning, high quality beds, pillows and bedding. We especially loved the sound machines in every room. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit and loved the Adirondack chairs with built-in cup holders. This owner has thought of everything that guests could want or need. The home was very clean and cozy. We did have to call the mgmt company with directions on how to operate the Nest thermostat but reached someone quickly. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you!

95% Refund: Receive a 95% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 15 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 14 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 5% processing fee of the total.

Restrictions
- No outdoor music of any kind after 10 pm.
- All outdoor lighting is encouraged to be turned off when no one is present to use the light.
- Place all trash in designated containers.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- There is a minimum $25.00 fee per set of keys for failure to return them to our office.
- Complaints received at or after checkout will not be considered for discount or refund.
- Registered guests are responsible for any damage done to a home and or extra cleaning fees.
- If you use more bedrooms than initially reserved we will charge the extra charges to your credit card.
- Should additional (above and beyond the norm) cleaning be required, your credit card will be charged $25/hour fee.
