This is a beautiful beach home! There’s a very well equipped kitchen and I appreciated the garage parking. The location in the neighborhood was nice and quite but still easily accessible to the beach boardwalk and neighborhood amenities. The stairs inside were steep but the elevator made taking in suitcases and groceries a breeze! Really loved having access to a propane grill also! The only thing I we wished was a little different was the very cute girls room. I think that bunk beds would have been better than the two single twin beds. A couple kiddos didn’t like sleeping in the second floor hallway but otherwise plenty of sleeping and hang out space! Would definitely stay again

Major construction is occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible, and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
Access to this three-story home is via several steps at the main entry; an elevator is available.
The home is fully equipped with all your household essentials; basic cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, all linens, beach towels, all applicable detergents and soaps and a starter pack of paper products.
Pro housekeepers clean thoroughly and provide fresh linens before every stay.
Restrictions
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- All guests shall abide by our vacation home's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
