A gorgeous property, plenty of outdoor green space for playing games, and privacy. Plenty of windows to enjoy outdoors while indoors, and plenty of dock space to sunbath, eat, drink or fish. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds, TVs, large closets, and sliding glass doors to watch the sunrise and easily access the deck and hot tub. Spacious indoor living including a large kitchen with every cooking amenity you might need, a large dining room area that combines the living area as well. The staff was pleasant and attentive to our needs. We love this property and will reserve again next year. This is our fifth year at this property. If there was a downside, it would be that it only has two bathrooms - but we make do.

Things you need to know
The dock also features both a jet ski and boat slip for easy access should you rent a boat or have your own. Kayaks are also provided for you to use.
Maximize your vacation by arranging boat rental, chef handcrafted meals (delivered and even pre-stocked in your rental before your arrival, all waiting for you at check-in), as well as private chefs, masseuses, watersport rentals, photographer, and other rental options to enhance your stay.
Bed & bath linens, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion are provided.
Limited amounts of laundry soap, dishwasher soap, trash bags, coffee, coffee creamer, paper towels, toilet paper, and dish detergent are included.
For those vacationing longer than one week, mid-stay cleaning and linen services are available at an additional charge. These services must be requested in advance. Please coordinate as soon as possible if you would like to make arrangements.
The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and are for aesthetic purposes only.
The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock.
This property has two active security cameras on the premises. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Maximum overnight occupancy is 10; maximum daytime occupancy is 20.
- Tents, chairs, catering trucks, “slip-n-slides”, pools, blankets, or any other items on the lawn are not permitted. Guest will be responsible for any damages to the lawn in the event these conditions are not observed.
- If the Premises contains a pool, the pool will only be open from April 1 through October 31. Furthermore, if the pool is a heated pool, the temperature will be kept at a minimum of 80 degrees during the Pool Season of April 1 through October 31. All pool activities and swimming are at Guest’s risk.
- No rearranging furniture or leaving the property with extensive trash and debris.
- No unprogramming televisions or adding paid subscriptions.
- No open fires in undesignated areas or grills other than those provided.
- No firearms or fireworks are to be discharged on the Premises or neighborhood.
- No criminal or other illegal activities.
- No ATV vehicles are to be ridden on their grounds.
- No tampering with any locked areas.
- Some houses are equipped with canoes, kayaks, water toys, and floats. KEY does not guarantee that all equipment will always be in working order and there will be no refund if not.
- The property may be protected with security cameras. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins, theft, and damage, as well as monitor parking and occupancy rules. There are NO cameras projected inside the home.
- Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power. We cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
