Maison Moose is under a mile from Deer Valley's Silver Lake Village where you will find ski shops, 5-star restaurants, and fun bars and entertainment.

Our guests have complimentary Empire Express shuttle service access, providing on-call service within Empire Pass and the greater Park City limits. Destinations range from Park City Main Street and Deer Valley Ski Resort.

Access to community or club privileges, recreational facilities, and on-site amenities, as described here, may change and could be available seasonally or based on current availability. Ensuring the accuracy of the information provided is our top priority.

If you have specific requirements regarding amenities, accessibility, bedding arrangements, or need clarification about any features or seasonal availability of the home, please reach out directly.

A complimentary starter pack of amenities, including rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, detergent, and essential components are provided. The Guest is responsible for purchasing any additional items you may require during your stay.

Towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets are not meant for outside use. Excessive damage to linens and towels may result in an additional charge. A $25.00 will be incurred for losing pool towels or makeup towels.

For guests who prefer daily service or a mid-stay refresh, additional cleanings may be arranged for an added fee.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • The reservation holder must be the credit/debit cardholder and is considered the primary guest responsible for the rental.
  • Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are permitted on-site.
  • The primary guest is responsible for the actions of all invitees and any damages or violations during the stay.
  • Extra charges may apply for unauthorized guests; exceeding occupancy limits may result in eviction without refund.
  • Residential use only. No commercial activity, unlawful behavior, or violation of HOA/community rules permitted.

Events & Noise

  • Parties, weddings, receptions, or large gatherings are prohibited unless pre-approved in writing.
  • Any event requires a signed addendum from the property manager.
  • No loud noise, music, or vehicle sounds between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Violations may result in fines or eviction.

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: Pre-approval and signed pet addendum required. Unauthorized pets incur a $2,000 fee plus cleaning charges and may result in eviction. Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Emotional support animals only allowed in pet-approved properties.
  • Smoking/Vaping: Prohibited indoors. Violations result in excessive cleaning fees and may lead to eviction and forfeiture of rent and deposit. Candles, incense, and oil lamps also prohibited.
  • Illegal Substances: Use or possession of illegal substances, including underage drinking, is strictly prohibited and grounds for eviction and forfeiture of all payments.
  • Fireworks: Prohibited at all properties.

Equipment & Amenities

  • HVAC Settings _(if equipped)_: AC must not be set below 70°F, heat must not exceed 78°F, and fan settings must remain on “AUTO.” Doors/windows must remain closed while in use.
  • Hot Tubs _(if equipped)_: Use is at guest’s risk. Guest is liable for any damage or misuse. Pools and spas may not be fenced.
  • Internet/Phone/TV Restrictions: Provided as a convenience only; no refunds for outages, access issues, or lack of content.
  • Appliances & Grills: BBQs and appliances must be used properly; misuse causing damage is guest’s responsibility.
  • Equipment Reporting: Maintenance issues must be reported within 24 hours of check-in or guest may be held liable.
  • Parking Rules: No street parking is allowed. Tickets/towing are the guest’s sole responsibility.
  • Locked Areas/Restricted Facilities: Guest may not access locked owner areas.
  • No Refunds for Malfunctions: No refunds for failure of utilities, internet, appliances, or other systems. Repairs will be made as promptly as possible.

Checkout & Care

  • Standard cleaning fee is included. Excessive mess or special cleaning needs may result in extra charges. Grease must not be poured down drains. Only toilet paper may be flushed.
  • Return furniture to original positions before departure.
  • Guests must dispose of trash and clean grill (if used).
  • All keys, garage remotes, and access devices must be returned upon checkout.
  • Checkout is by 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late departures are charged $125/hour, with full-day charges if checkout extends beyond 2:00 PM.

Liability & Disclaimers

  • Guests are solely responsible for lost or stolen items. A $25 handling fee + shipping applies to returned items. Items unclaimed after 30 days will be donated.
  • Use of all facilities is at guest's risk. The property is not childproof or pet-proof. Guests accept all risks.
  • No refunds for system failures (e.g., plumbing, HVAC, internet, utilities). Repairs will be made promptly.
  • No refunds for weather, road closures, smoke, power outages, or other Acts of God. Cancellation Waiver strongly recommended.
  • Nearby construction is outside management's control. No refunds provided.
  • Substitution of comparable property may occur if originally booked unit becomes unavailable. Full refund provided if no alternative is accepted.
