Located just blocks from Canyon Road’s art galleries and first class restaurants this enchanting home is the perfect setting to enjoy Santa Fe. The house is filled with light and artiscally decorated. The outside patios are beautifully landscaped with lovely sitting areas and sparkling evening lights. The kitchen is equipped to cook a gourmet meal and the bathrooms are filled with fresh towels, robes and bath salts. Even locale guidebooks are provided to assure you have a wonderful visit. This was our first vacation home rental and it will not be our last.

50% Refund: Receive a 50% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 61 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 60 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 50% processing fee of the total.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The Guest will permit no more than the Maximum Occupancy listed.
- The guests shall not create unreasonable noise or disturbances.
- The guests shall pay for any damage to the premises, caused by the guest, over and above normal wear and tear.
- The Guest should deposit accumulated household trash in trash containers located on site.
- The Guest agrees that any long-distance charges incurred during the term of the Guest's occupancy and appearing on the owner's telephone bill may be included as a charge upon the Guest's credit card.
- Our homes have various types of Internet access provided by various third parties. Neither Manager nor Owner is responsible for data loss, theft, loss of Internet access/connection, or inability of the Guest to connect to the Internet.
- Smoking inside of the property will result in a $500 additional charge.
- Guests are expected to maintain the property in reasonable condition during their stay. The Manager reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee on the guest's credit card if the condition of the property upon the expiration of the term of occupancy so requires. Should the term of occupancy exceed 30 days, the Guest shall allow the property to be cleaned at least once every 10 days during the term of occupancy and shall pay for such additional cleanings.
