We tremendously enjoyed this home. We had three families stay during the big snow storm in Feb of 2023. They were great to communicate with and we enjoyed the location. Easy to get to downtown Park City and super easy to get to Deer Valley. Even with 41 inches of snow in two days, they were able to keep roads cleared. The hot tub was a game changer after a full day on the slopes. It's a bit older but worked great. And a great kitchen set up for 3 families. We did have a leak from a window in one of the bedrooms with the tremendous snow build up, but the agency came over in a timely manner. The concierge service was also valuable. We would rent here again

- Pets of any kind in our units are not allowed, with the exception of seeing eye dogs and other such animals to assist the physically challenged.
- If a pet is found to be occupying a non-pet-friendly property, additional fees will be applied to your reservation.
- A cleaning charge will be deducted from the security deposit if a pet or sign of a pet is found in any of the rooms occupied by any member of your party.
- The properties are all non-smoking properties. A cleaning fee will be deducted from the security deposit to guests who violate this policy.
- There may be construction on or near the Property. There shall be no reimbursement for noise or disturbances from construction.
