We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It is located in a beautiful area and backs onto green space, so felt very private yet it is just a short drive to downtown. The house is spacious yet cozy, well decorated, and the furniture in the living room was very comfy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed, as we cooked every night, and was exceptionally clean! The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and we loved the waterfall shower head in the ensuite bathroom. We had no issue with the internet, as mentioned in previous reviews, it worked fine the whole time we were there. Highly recommend this house and would definitely come back.

Things you need to know
This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Following the Tahoe Donner HOA agreements, gatherings of people not renting the home are not allowed. Authorities will be notified if there is a party or large gathering in the home.
- No excessive noise and/or trash.
- All exterior lights must be turned off between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am, seven days a week.
- This home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You acknowledge that if the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside our control.
