The detached apartment provides additional privacy and flexibility, featuring a full bath, twin over twin bed, and twin over full bunk bed, making it perfect for larger groups. The open breezeway connecting the main house offers a delightful outdoor space with a picnic table and BBQ pit, perfect for al fresco dining and enjoying the coastal breeze. Beautiful home within walking distance from the beach. It comfortably fit our family of 8. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware you could ever need. Additionally, there is a propane and charcoal grill outside. The property is clean and well taken care of. The maintenance team responded quickly, and communication with host was quick and accommodating. It was a great vacation, and we would definitely stay here again.

Things you need to know
6 seater golf cart must be requested 48 hours or more prior to your arrival.
Beach gear credit included.
Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance.
Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitoes/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month.
WiFi is not compatible for guests working remotely during their stay. We do not guarantee a good connection due to spotty internet on the island.
Kitchen is fully equipped with basic essential needs.
Starter set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, mini toiletry supplies. Guests should bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
This home is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towels, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.

We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
Restrictions
- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, or abandoned items.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Unauthorized people at the vacation rental at any time could result in extra charges for each additional guest, in addition to any and all damage, disturbance, and cleaning charges.
- Towels, sheets, pillows and blankets are not meant for outside use.
- If there is any tobacco smell in the cabin after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $500.00. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning.
