It's also just a stone’s throw away from Hideaway Park, the Winter Park Skatepark, the Rendezvous Events Center, and the Town’s amphitheater and sledding hill. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the local lift bus system will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village

Parking information

- Garage parking for one vehicle. - Street Parking. - During the winter season, guests should be prepared that the main entrance to Lakota will require a 4-wheel drive on snowy days. Plowing is only provided if more than 3" of snow has fallen by the morning.

The very best, cozy, comfortable, gorgeous! Truly homey and warm! We loved every second of our amazing stay! Roof hot tub has amazing views and truly one in a million accommodations! Minimum nights of stay vary by time of year.
Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate special requests, however, we cannot make any guarantees for bedding, view, floor, in-unit amenities, private balconies, unit location, or specific unit number. We will attempt to notify you in advance if a special request is not going to be honored due to unforeseen circumstances.
