Things you need to know
Access to the restaurants, bars, and spa at the One & Only Palmilla resort as well as access to a variety of golf courses in the Los Cabos area require a reservation in advance. Reservations can be made prior to arrival to your villa or through your butler/concierge services while in residence.
Daily housekeeping is included. Butler and chef for breakfast and lunch included with all Del Mar property rentals.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- A security deposit is required for all bookings. This covers damage above and beyond normal wear and tear.
- No smoking inside the villa.
- No pets are allowed without owner’s prior approval.
- Cannot exceed max guest capacity without prior approval.
- No outdoor noise after 10 pm without prior approval.
- Valid driver’s license required to operate a golf cart.
