Himmel House was very tranquil for a girls get away trip. the pool was amazing, the kitchen very well equipped, and the house was impeccably clean. Great location to great coffee shops (Pillowfight) and restaurants (although the outdoor kitchen was very conducive to grilling and cooking too). Great stay!

Things you need to know
April- October, dependent on the weather as it uses solar energy to heat, if you would like to heat the pool during the off-season, please inquire about the additional fee to heat the pool.
Linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets are provided.

- Outside visitors are not permitted.
- Guests are responsible for damages, missing items, excessive utility usage, and unpaid charges.
- Unauthorized occupants or gatherings may result in eviction, deposit forfeiture, and additional charges.
- Vacation use only. No subletting, filming, photography, or commercial activities.
Events & Noise
- Parties and events are not permitted.
- Please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours, as sound travels easily in the hillside setting.
Prohibited Activities
- No pets unless approved in writing. Unauthorized pets may result in eviction and loss of the security deposit.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Violations may result in eviction, loss of the security deposit, and cleaning/repair charges.
- The home may not be suitable for families with small children.
Equipment & Amenities
- Pool heating (if equipped): Available for $150–$200/day.
- The home's only TV is located in the media room.
Checkout & Care
- Leave the home tidy, dispose of trash, and report any damage before departure.
- Late departures are charged $100 per hour.
Liability & Disclaimers
- The owner is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- Guests assume responsibility for injuries during their stay.
