To ensure availability, please request the hot tub at least 24 hours in advance (subject to approval). Please note that the hot tub may be closed during extreme weather conditions. Please be aware that there is no elevator on the property, but assistance with luggage transportation to your room will be provided depending on your arrival time.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Hot tub may be closed during extreme weather conditions.
- Guest may not sublease the rented space.
- Premises will be delivered to Guests in a professionally cleaned condition. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, and any unauthorized pets found will result in immediate eviction without a refund, as it violates the agreement and forfeits the right to any collected payments.
- There will be a $25.00 handling charge plus shipping costs for any found items returned at the guest’s request.
- No parties: This property may not be used for weddings, receptions, parties, photoshoots, music videos, or large gatherings.
- Management and its representatives have the authority to enter the premises at any time for repairs, maintenance, services, compliance verification, investigation, occupancy checks, or emergencies.
