Neither the Manager nor the Owner of the rental Property shall assume any liability or responsibility for any damage or costs incurred by any tenant as the result of any vehicle, trailer or recreational vehicle being parked at or near the rental Property or being towed.

The condo was beautiful and spacious. It is on the top floor of the building with vaulted ceilings, so that it feels very open with a lot of light. It is in a prime location so that you have a wonderful view of Deer Valley mountain and a view off the balcony, of the lake. All appliances are new with plenty of silverware and dishes. It is only a short drive to downtown Park City, which means it\'s out of the rat race of the traffic and crowds of Park City. It was an overrall great experience and would stay there again.

Things you need to know
The unit will be equipped with basic necessities. All the beds will be made with fresh linens, and bath towels will be provided, at least one per guest. If you would like hot tub or pool towels, we recommend bringing those with you.
The unit also includes a few small items to get you started, including conditioning shampoo, lotion, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher pods, a dish sponge, and kitchen trash bags. These items are part of the guest set-up and are not replenished during the stay. If there is something specific that you require, please make sure you bring it with you.
As this is a brand-new development, there is some construction in the area. This building is complete, and the area construction should have little to no impact.
The public fitness center requires an additional fee to use.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Long term stays are allowed.
- Adults, children, and infants count toward the maximum occupancy.
- Maximum occupancy does not only refer to the number a home can sleep, this is also the number of people allowed in the home at any given time. It is determined by the licensing authority based on the number of exits in the home and the fire safety evacuation plan. Most counties or HOA’s have codes that are strictly enforced. Please abide by the maximum occupancy number for the home at all times.
- Per our licensing and maximum occupancy requirements, events of any kind are not permitted at any of our properties.
- Smoking is prohibited at all rental homes and within 25 feet of the rented premises.
- The property is inspected for cleanliness and, outside of normal wear and tear, will be in good repair before Guest arrival. Please report anything that is not in acceptable condition on the day of arrival. Anything not reported on the day of arrival will be deemed acceptable.
- Mountain property with potential winter hazards. All outdoor surfaces may be slippery from ice/snow even when not visible. Use caution outdoors and remove shoes when entering to prevent slippery indoor conditions.
- KEY is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest, or their guests or visitors, during the stay or after the stay.
