Please note that the airport transfer is a complimentary courtesy service coordinated through an external transportation provider. - Lost/Stolen Items: Personal valuables should be stored in the provided in-room safes; management is not liable for lost items.
- Staff Gratuities: Tipping villa staff is customary and expected, with a minimum guideline of 8% and 10% recommended, calculated on the total rental amount after taxes and fees.
