I started out staying here every time I was in Palm Desert, but it's so perfect that I've started planning trips to visit the house itself, rather than the other way around. The best way to explain it is this: all the comforts of home with all the luxuries of a 5-star resort. Absolutely amazing views, impeccable interior design, and the secluded location makes for a spa-like atmosphere. And just a 3 minute drive to downtown Palm Desert/El Paseo Drive, delicious restaurants, and great nightlife! Just book it, you'll thank me later.

This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- This home is located on a cliff and may not be suitable for small children.
- Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.
- The city ordinance prohibits loud music and unruly parties in residential neighborhoods, and strict occupancy rules are enforced. Over-occupancy and noise violations will result in fines and eviction without a refund.
- Two-day notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of $100 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool heat for their stay.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- The use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You acknowledge that if the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside our control.
