This home has it all. Space, gourmet kitchen. Gameroom and bunk room upstairs for kids plus three separate rooms that are well designed with minimal noise sharing. Not to mention it’s one of the few homes with a backyard and fire pit plus a faucet outside to spray the sand from the beach off. It’s just very well thought out, and conveniently located within the neighborhood to both pools and the boardwalk to the beach. Would happily stay here again.

Things you need to know

There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.

This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
  • All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
  • No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
  • No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
  • Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
  • We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to help protect against financial loss if you must cancel your reservation for a covered reason.
