This home is conveniently close to in-town conveniences like grocery stores and some of the best restaurants in the area as well as the Truckee Legacy Trail, Truckee Regional Park, and Old Town Truckee. For additional outdoor activities, you're only seven miles from Northstar California Resort and eight miles from Donner Lake for kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, swimming, and more. Don't forget about golfing at Schaffer's Mill Golf and Lake Club. In the winter, head to Northstar for skiing and boarding, or do some cross country skiing or snowshoeing. And if you really want to check out the area, give Sugar Bowl, Squaw Valley, or Alpine Meadows—all within 18 miles of this townhome.

- All guests shall abide by our vacation home's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
