45% Refund: Receive a 45% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 21 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
This room does not have access to a kitchen, laundry, Bocce Ball court, or firepit/fireplace. However, there is a communal pool and bbq available for guest use.
This room has a coffee maker and mini fridge.
Please note that there is limited privacy on your private patio.
During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
Bath towels are provided, as well as starter supplies including soap, shampoo and paper products.
