The master bedroom and second bedroom both open onto the pool deck located on the villa's lower level. It's the perfect spot to sunbathe or enjoy a cooling dip in the private plunge pool with views of the golf course and Barbados’ western coastline beyond. The third bedroom is also located on the lower level, and the fourth bedroom is located on the middle level, to the left of the main entrance which leads up to the main living level. The master bedroom and fourth bedroom have en suite bathrooms, and bedrooms two and three share the third bathroom. The open-plan living and dining area can be found on the upper level of this lovely home, leading out to a spacious covered balcony where guests can relax and enjoy amazing views of the putting greens and coastline. The modern kitchen is well equipped, with everything at your fingertips to make your stay in Barbados relaxed and enjoyable. Guests have access to the exclusive Royal Westmoreland Beach Club located ten minutes away at the enchanting Mullins Bay. Effortlessly trade your pool and deck for the soft sands and blue waters of Mullins Beach, a favorite for many visitors. Choose to snorkel or swim with vibrant tropical fish and turtles or relax in the warm Barbados sun. Services of the Beach Club include free shuttle service to Mullins Beach and Bell Captain beach services.

Our two families stayed here for an enjoyable long weekend in July-August. The villa is large and well-appointed with a modern kitchen that was fully equipped with all utensils and appliances. Living room and main area offered the perfect layout for hanging out, with a porch that opened onto a magnificent view of the golf course. Upon arrival we were met by the warm and engaging housekeeper, Pearl, who provided exceptional service - not getting in the way but she ensured the space was kept clean. Excellent service from the concierge, any request was handled promptly and any issue we had was dealt with expeditiously. All in all, the villa is beautiful, well-appointed, with an awesome view. It was a great place to spend our vacation

Things you need to know

This home offers a unique set of concierge services through our trusted Barbados partner rather than through KEY’s catalog. Once we have confirmed your home reservation, we will connect you to these services.

Restrictions

  • Minimum nights of stay vary by time of year.
  • The Client may not use the property for any purpose other than that of a private holiday residence for the accommodation of the Client and fellow guests unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Owner. Only those persons stipulated on the booking form may reside at the villa as guests. Any changes to the guests in the party must be notified to the Company.
  • The Client shall not do or suffer to be done anything that may be or become a nuisance or annoyance to the Owner, or the occupiers of adjoining land or that might invalidate any insurance policies effected on the villa, and shall not bring any animals to the villa.
  • If staff is provided with the rental villa, they are to work no more than 8 hours a day unless otherwise indicated in your confirmation. Any additional hours must be requested and agreed upon by the Villa Manager and the staff. If staff is required to stay later than 8:00 p.m., a taxi must be called to transport them to their home(s) at the Guests’ expense. Overtime charges will apply. Staff is also allowed a minimum of one day off a week.
  • External staff or service providers that are not hired by the owner of the villa are not permitted onto the villa without prior permission and written consent from the Owner or villa manager. All costs for these staff or services are the responsibility of the guest.
  • The Client agrees to seek permission to entertain guests in excess of the maximum occupancy stated on your confirmation plus 50% of the stated capacity. An additional fee may apply for numbers in excess of this. Failure to receive approval may result in an Event Charge being added to your bill, or you may be requested to vacate the villa and forfeit your rental deposit and any balance of the Booking Fees.
  • The Client will take suitable steps to secure the villa by the appropriate use of all locks and security devices –such as alarms. The Company accepts no liability for any loss or damage of any personal items or valuables. Where safes are provided Clients are advised to secure their valuables accordingly.
  • The Client will exercise due care when in the villa and ensure the appropriate supervision of children or persons with special needs –especially in the vicinity of pools or hot tubs. The Company accepts no liability for injury or damage to the Client or the Client’s party.
  • The Client shall not use glass or ceramic ware around the pool. Should glass or ceramic break and fall into the pool there will be a charge of USD $1500 for emptying, cleaning and refilling the pool.
  • The Client shall not use P20 sunscreen.
  • All visitors are required to vacate the villa by 12 am. Only registered clients and/or guests, up to the maximum allowance, can stay beyond 12 am.
