KEY Curation Notes

Set directly on Bridge Street, this is true ski-in/ski-out territory, with Gondola One just steps from the door and Vail Village's dining and shopping right outside.

Three of the five bedrooms are ensuite, a strong differentiator for a group of ten, and two of those come with their own kitchenette for added independence within the home.

Parking isn't included and isn't nearby. Guests park at the paid Vail Parking Structure, then walk roughly five minutes plus a flight of stairs to reach the unit, and the home isn't handicap accessible.

A private hot tub sits on the first level, alongside multiple balconies overlooking the village streets and gondola.

Quiet hours and a strict no-party policy apply here, with a $1,000 smoking remediation fee and no late checkouts under any circumstances, worth setting expectations around for a group booking.

- There is no private parking available in Vail Village. Please be aware that the only parking for the unit is in nearby parking garages. We suggest parking in the Vail Parking Structure, which is paid parking. - Guests are responsible for paying for parking in the Vail Parking Structure.

Parties and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. Guests are expected to respect the property, neighboring residents, and all applicable noise policies. Violations may result in additional fees.
Guests must observe applicable quiet hours and comply with local noise ordinances to avoid disturbing neighbors.

Prohibited Activities

Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the home. Violations may result in a mitigation or cleaning fee.

Checkout & Care

Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
Same-day early check-in requests may be submitted. Requests are subject to availability and, if approved, incur a $50 fee.
Late checkouts are not permitted. Failure to vacate by the designated checkout time will result in a $125 late checkout fee, with additional charges of up to one night's stay if it delays incoming guests.
Guests are responsible for ensuring all personal belongings are removed before departure. Returned items are subject to a $30 handling fee plus shipping costs.
