- All guests must sign a renter's agreement before arrival info is provided.
- NO MUSIC or SOUND (TV, cell phone, radio, etc) are allowed outside at any time.
- Any type of SOUND from any sound producing device is not allowed outside
- of your Vacation Rental unit. While NO MUSIC or SOUND (TV, cellphone, radio, etc) are allowed outside at any time, QUIET TIME is between 10pm and 10am.
- Please DONOT STORE trash and refuse within PUBLIC VIEW, except in proper containers for the purpose of collection. If you are staying in a house, PSDS will pick up your trash and empty your recycling cart on your scheduled collection day(s). Please do not leave trash or recycling at the curb.
- RENTER agrees that the presence of the hot tub (or "spa"), pool, bicycles, and other amenities in and around the property, both natural and man-made, poses a risk of hazard or personal injury. RENTER agrees to accept that risk and agrees to take all reasonable and proper measures to ensure the safety of RENTER, its invitees, guests, agents, or licensees from injury or loss. RENTER agrees to provide full compensation for documented repairs to OWNER, or AGENT, for any and all actual losses caused by not adhering to these instructions in their entirety.
- RENTER is aware and will instruct any guests including minor children that the depth of the hot tub can range from 2 to 5 feet and pool from 3 to 7 feet. Entry via the stairs only. Do not jump or dive in for any reason. Failure to adhere to this rule could result in serious injury or death.
- Absolutely NO GLASS anywhere near the pool or hot tub. Broken glass can cause irreparable damage to pumps and equipment resulting in thousands of dollars of repair expenses. Broken glass can also cause injury. RENTER agrees to notify OWNER or AGENT immediately if any glass is broken in or around the hot tub
- Running on the patio or deck, or anywhere on the property is not allowed.
- RENTER, or any guests of RENTER, shall not touch or attempt to operate any of the pool pumps or equipment, including but not limited to the heater, due to various dangers of improper use including accidental draining of the hot tub, electrocution, or other bodily injuries.
- The desert terrain in the Valley is known for high-wind weather conditions. The pool and hot tub are regularly serviced during and/or between reservations, however, RENTER acknowledges that debris including leaves, pollen, and insects may accumulate in the pool before or during the reservation. RENTER may remove these with the provided net as needed. Traces of dirt or debris does not indicate a lack of service.
- RENTER agrees not to introduce any substances to the pool which may taint the water chemistry. This includes soaps, dyes, beverages, etc.
