I usually stay near Northstar village but decided to stay closer to Kings Beach so we were closer to town. This location is 10 minutes from Northstar and less than 5 minutes from Kings beach. Great location! The condo itself is very modern and spacious with comfortable beds in the bedrooms and loft. There is a washer and dryer and a fully stocked kitchen with a keurig(including K cups) and a nice balcony. You are 10 steps away from parking and there are always spaces available. I will probably book this condo the next time I’m in the area, the family loved our stay!

- Guests under the minimum age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to help protect against financial loss if you must cancel your reservation for a covered reason.
