If you’re looking for a place that is not in downtown Nashville, this will be the place for you. It’s a short 10 minute drive into the city, with Uber’s being very reasonably priced. The place was very clean and the view from the rooftop was out of this world. Our host was very responsive with any questions we had.

There are two side-by-side homes, not attached. You will have entire access to one unit. The backyard is a shared space.

A car is recommended for transportation to and from this property.
Safety features at this property include a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a first aid kit, and a deadbolt lock.
Restrictions
- Parties and events (including family gatherings, birthday parties and weddings) are allowed on site; maximum attendees: 10
- Place any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it. Please leave all beds that were slept in unmade.
- Ensure that there is no trash or food left outside the home before departure.
- Lock all doors and windows when leaving the home.
- Guests must inform the Owner of their intention to bring children and the specific number.
- No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, etc.
- No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature.
- Telephones in the Rental Property may be blocked to allow local calls only.
- Guest is responsible for all shipping costs for any Lost and Found items that Owner is requested to return to Guest. Items found and not claimed within 30 days will be disposed of at the discretion of Owner.
- Guest is responsible for lost or damaged items at the cost of two (2) times the published standard rental price for such damaged or lost linens or towels if provided.
- Make sure that all vehicle doors are locked.
- Do not provide alcohol to members of group and/or visitors from outside your group if those people are already intoxicated and/or are under the legal drinking age of 21 years old.
- Avoid turning the temperature down to a level below 66 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Make sure that doors and windows are not left open during your stay while central heat/air is being used.
- Outdoor activities and exposure to the natural elements and animals can be dangerous and sometimes result in injury and even death.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
