Neighborhood: Canoncito - Situated on ten acres of mature Piñon Pines, Junipers, and flowering Yuccas, the property offers an authentic mountain desert experience. The land is home to dozens of native birds and attracts the likes of foxes, deer, coyotes, and the occasional road runner. - Located down an unpaved rural road in a quiet neighborhood at base of the Santa Fe foothills. Here you'll find serenity and privacy along with great views into the Galisteo Basin and the sights and sounds of nature in the high desert.
Parking information
There are several parking areas around the property with easy access to the entrances of the house. There is one parking spot available in the garage with access to The House. The Casita has additional parking adjacent to the building.

Things you need to know
All of the King beds can be converted into two Twin XLs upon request.
For those booking 7 nights or longer, your stay includes a mid-week housekeeping refresh. If you would like daily service, this can be arranged with an additional fee. Please make these arrangements with us in advance of your arrival.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- In order to respect our neighbors, quiet hours begin at 10pm.
- The Guest will permit no more than the maximum occupancy listed.
- The guests shall not create unreasonable noise or disturbances.
- The guests shall pay for any damage to the premises, caused by the guest, over and above normal wear and tear.
- The Guest should deposit accumulated household trash in trash containers located on site.
- The Guest agrees that any long-distance charges incurred during the term of the Guest's occupancy and appearing on the owner's telephone bill may be included as a charge upon the Guest's credit card.
- Our homes have various types of Internet access provided by various third parties. Neither Manager nor Owner is responsible for data loss, theft, loss of Internet access/connection, or inability of the Guest to connect to the Internet.
- Smoking inside of the property will result in a $500 additional charge.
- Guests are expected to maintain the property in reasonable condition during their stay. The Manager reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee on the guest's credit card if the condition of the property upon the expiration of the term of occupancy so requires. Should the term of occupancy exceed 30 days, the Guest shall allow the property to be cleaned at least once every 10 days during the term of occupancy and shall pay for such additional cleanings.
