Please note that local ordinances prohibit outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills on the premises. As our vacation home is nestled in the heart of Tahoe, a natural habitat for various wildlife, it's not uncommon to encounter animals such as bears, raccoons, and mice. During certain seasons, these animals seek refuge in residential areas, including our property. We kindly ask you to be aware of their presence and treat them with the respect they deserve. Finally, it's important to note that our vacation home does not feature air conditioning. However, the refreshing mountain air and strategically placed fans throughout the house ensure a cool and comfortable environment for your stay.
