During certain seasons, these animals seek refuge in residential areas, including our property. We kindly ask you to be aware of their presence and treat them with the respect they deserve. Finally, it's important to note that our vacation home does not feature air conditioning. However, the refreshing mountain air and strategically placed fans throughout the house ensure a cool and comfortable environment for your stay.

- Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 4 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day.
- Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction.
- No hot tub use after 10pm.
- You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
