This home provided the perfect weekend getaway for our family of 4. The property is in an excellent southwest location. Well maintained home, situated on a corner lot that backs up to a golf course. The neighborhood is also well maintained and very quiet. Easy location to drive to anywhere in the area. The home is clean, well equipped. The pool is excellent (although heating was not quite as comfortable as we'd like - spa was fine though) The backyard layout is perfect and relaxing. Lots of towels, kitchen items. Mattresses are all on the soft side (we prefer firm) but it was not a deal breaker. Communication with property management was very good. Would definitely stay here again!

Things you need to know
This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
One day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. Use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- We recommend that you purchase travel insurance to help protect against financial loss if you must cancel your reservation for a covered reason.
- Because the property is a privately owned home, all occupants must comply with this good neighbor policy. Please treat the property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived.
- Close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the property and upon check-out.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the property without our express written permission. (If approved, additional conditions and fees may apply.)
- The use of charcoal grills is not permitted.
