Partial Refund: Receive a 95% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 31 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 30 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
There is an additional optional charge of $20 per day plus tax to heat the pool.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.
Towels and linens are provided.
Our starter welcome packet includes: two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, two round hotel-size bar soaps per bathroom, one hotel-size shampoo/conditioner per full bathroom, one roll of paper towel, one packet of dishwasher detergent, two trash bags (13-gallon size), one small box of laundry detergent (enough for one load), garbage can liners in each bedroom and bathroom small garbage cans. Guests are responsible for replenishing any supplies beyond this. We do not restock these items. For safety reasons, no salt, pepper, or cleaning supplies are provided. This is an industry-standard practice.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The sleeping capacity for this property is limited to the number of beds provided, so twin beds sleep 1 guest; double, queen and king beds sleep 2 guests each. Extra guests beyond the maximum sleeping capacity are not allowed without the expressed written permission in advance. Often, extra sleeping capacity is not possible at this property.
- No loud noises, music, loud vehicles are allowed between the quiet hours.
- Management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or abandoned items. Reasonable effort will be made to contact the Guest for return.
- The property may not be used for weddings, receptions, parties, or large gatherings.
- No illegal substances are allowed in the rental, and minors should not be in possession of alcohol.
- Pool heat shall not exceed 86 degrees.
- Air conditioning should be set no lower than 72 degrees and the heat no higher than 78 degrees. The fan setting should always be on "Auto." It's important to keep doors and windows closed when using either heat or air conditioning. Please report any air conditioning issues immediately for your comfort and enjoyment of the home.
