Desert Delight was exactly as advertise. The kitchen was large and well-stocked. The beds were comfortable and the outdoors area and pool were prettier in person than in pictures. The check-in process was easy - everything went smoothly. The only thing lacking was instructions on how to operate the hot tub.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 29 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 10% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.
This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.
Rental includes linens, bath & beach towels, and iron.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- No outdoor music is allowed at any time, including any amplified music. From 10 pm to 8 am, the use of outdoor amenities is prohibited. Any and all music played inside cannot be heard from outside of the property as well.
- One-day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of $99 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for their stay.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All occupants shall respect neighbors' privacy and peaceful enjoyment.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- The use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You acknowledge that if the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside our control.
