Inside, the spacious 1,000 sq. ft. condo comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, featuring a welcoming living room with a gas fireplace, a full kitchen, and a dining area with seating for six. After a day on the slopes, relax in the cozy living area, or take in the crisp mountain air from the private covered balcony. The condo’s thoughtful layout includes two well-appointed bedrooms—a master suite with a queen bed and en suite bathroom, and a second bedroom with two bunk beds, perfect for families or groups. Amenities like ski lockers, a washer and dryer, multiple hot tubs, and an outdoor heated pool enhance the experience, making it easy to unwind after a day of adventure. With free parking and nearby shuttle access, this condo provides all the essentials for a fabulous year-round escape, ensuring every moment is as memorable as the view.

50% Refund: Receive a 50% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 35 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 34 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 50% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Pool/Spa hours vary during the summer/winter season, and we can not guarantee hours/availability, as it is at the discretion of the resort.
You will have to take the stairs to access the unit; there is no elevator available.
Additional sheets and towels, or full housekeeping, are available for an additional fee and should be arranged prior to check-in.
A starter supply of essentials is provided, including toiletries, paper goods, and basic household items. Additional supplies can be purchased at local grocery stores.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Primary guest is responsible for all occupants, behavior, damages, and violations.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight—no additional or unapproved guests.
- Unauthorized guests or misuse may result in eviction without refund and additional charges.
- Residential use only. No subleasing, transfers, or commercial use.
Events & Noise
- No weddings, parties, or gatherings without prior written approval.
- Guests must follow all local noise ordinances. Excessive noise may result in termination without refund.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Pets allowed only with written approval. Unauthorized pets: $150 per pet.
- Smoking/Vaping: Not permitted anywhere on the property. Violation fee: $200.
- Illegal Activity & Fireworks: Strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.
Equipment & Amenities
- Winter Conditions: Snow and ice are common. 4WD, snow tires, or chains are strongly recommended. No refunds for weather, access, or vehicle issues.
- Hot Tubs (if equipped): Use at your own risk. No refunds for outages. Misuse fee: $100 drain/clean fee.
- Internet: Provided as a courtesy only. No guarantee of uninterrupted service.
- Appliances & Systems: Report issues promptly. No refunds for equipment or system failures.
- Parking: Maximum 1 vehicle on-site in designated areas only. Additional parking is off-site at the guest’s expense.
- Locked closets or storage areas are off-limits.
- No refunds for outages, repairs, or service interruptions beyond management’s control.
Checkout & Care
- Late or unauthorized checkout may incur fees.
- Excessive mess, damage, or missing items will be charged to the damage deposit or card on file.
- Linens & Towels: Missing or damaged items will be charged.
Liability & Disclaimers
- Weather & Altitude: High-altitude and winter conditions may cause illness, injury, or access issues. Management is not liable.
- Injuries: Use of hot tubs, walkways, decks, and driveways is at the guest’s own risk.
- Management is not responsible for accidents, towing, or vehicles stuck in snow or ice.
- Lost or Stolen Items: Not responsible for personal belongings.
- Property Reassignment: Management may relocate guests to comparable accommodations if necessary. No refunds or rate adjustments.
