We had a great time at this home. 5 girls fit very comfortably and the room/bathrooms were perfect. There are a TON of stairs!! LBe mindful when bringing luggage or if you’re unable to go up and down stairs. There’s a room right when you enter the house with attached bathroom (but no closet), then stairs which lead to the living room/kitchen with a MASSIVE island. That main floor has another bedroom right by the kitchen with attached bathroom. If you have guests, that’s the bathroom they will be using. Then another flight of stairs which lead to 2 more room/bathrooms, then another flight which lead to the rooftop deck. The deck is big and very nice. The surrounding units seem to also be Air BnBs and were partying very hard until very early in the morning. Be mindful if you need your rest. Also, the train is RIGHT there. It sounds like it’s coming into the bedroom. We asked Allen for sound machines and they were dropped off immediately. Lovely home, a bit loud, but we had a great time!

Restrictions

- Guests must inform the Owner of their intention to bring children and the specific number.
- No refunds will be provided due to inoperable appliances, pools, hot tubs, elevators, etc.
- No refunds will be given due to power blackouts, water shortage, flooding, snow, construction at adjacent properties, or mandatory evacuations of the area by county officials due to hurricanes or other potentially dangerous situations arising from acts of god or nature.
- Telephones in the Rental Property may be blocked to allow local calls only.
- Guest is responsible for all shipping costs for any Lost and Found items that Owner is requested to return to Guest. Items found and not claimed within 30 days will be disposed of at the discretion of Owner.
- If you are staying at a property with a rooftop balcony/patio you are allowed only on the rooftop balcony/patio. Guests are strictly prohibited from climbing over any railing to gain access to the roof of the property or to gain access to an adjacent property. Any guest found on the roof will be immediately evicted without any refunds.
- If linens or towels are rented from Owner or supplied with Rental Property, Guest is responsible for lost or damaged items at the cost of two (2) times the published standard rental price for such damaged or lost linens or towels.
- Make sure that all doors - including the garage door and any exterior access door - are kept closed when not using the home.
- Make sure that all vehicle doors are locked.
- Do not provide alcohol to members of group and/or visitors from outside your group if those people are already intoxicated and/or are under the legal drinking age of 21 years old.
- Make sure that doors and windows are not left open during your stay while central heat/air is being used.
- Avoid turning the temperature down to a level below 66 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Outdoor activities and exposure to the natural elements and animals can be dangerous and sometimes result in injury and even death.
- Steps and decks can be slippery, animals and insects can threaten and infect or injure, and exposure to the elements can cause hypothermia, and sunburn, among other risks inherent in participating in camping, outdoor and water activities.
