Unwind in the modern bathroom, complete with top-of-the-line amenities and stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, and face soaps. For entertainment, a 40" TV with Netflix access is available for your viewing pleasure. Stay cool and comfortable with air conditioning throughout the condo, and stay connected with free WIFI access. At our property, your safety and convenience are our top priorities. Our enhanced cleaning practices ensure a pristine environment, with cleaning and disinfection measures in place. All towels and bedding are washed in hot water at a minimum temperature of 60ºC, and high-touch surfaces are thoroughly cleaned with disinfectant. For your peace of mind, we have installed carbon monoxide detectors, smoke detectors, and a fire extinguisher. Additionally, a first aid kit is readily available, and the property is equipped with deadbolt locks and outdoor lighting for added security. Please note that there is no elevator on the premises. However, our friendly staff will make every effort to assist you with your luggage, depending on your arrival time. If you require the twin beds in the master bedroom to be separated, kindly notify us 24 hours in advance, and we will gladly make the necessary arrangements. For your convenience, off-site car parking is available, and we provide bed linens and a dryer for your laundry needs. Restrictions

- Guest may not sublease the rented space.
- Premises will be delivered to Guests in a professionally cleaned condition. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on the premises, and any unauthorized pets found will result in immediate eviction without a refund, as it violates the agreement and forfeits the right to any collected payments.
- There will be a $25.00 handling charge plus shipping costs for any found items returned at the guest’s request.
- No parties: This property may not be used for weddings, receptions, parties, photoshoots, music videos, or large gatherings.
- Management and its representatives have the authority to enter the premises at any time for repairs, maintenance, services, compliance verification, investigation, occupancy checks, or emergencies.
