Parking information

- $19 daily parking. - Guest and his/her invitees shall not park anywhere but in the designated parking spots assigned to the unit. - Guest shall be responsible for the acts of any of Guest’s invitees with respect to such parking.

I loved it! I highly recommend and would stay again. Ponce City Market is a wonderful location. Do expect huge crowds on the weekends and perhaps even live entertainment, as when I stayed. You don't even have to leave the area, unless you so desire. There are plenty of restaurants, and shopping, to include Whole Foods, CVS, and Kroger. The apartment is very nice. The king size bed and pillows are comfortable. As is the sofa, of which a huge flat screen t.v. (75-85”) is mounted and comfortable to watch in bed or on the sofa. The window opens. The kitchen (gas range with oven) is nice and has everything you need to prepare food and eat meals. There is no ice maker in the frig. However, there is a Brita for filtered water. The closet is quite large with hangers, baskets for clothe storage, iron & ironing board. The bathroom hasn't been updated. By that I mean, no single shower, but rather a shower/tube comb. Still, it is nice; clean and a great space. You will feel more than comfortable.

A starter kit of creamer, sugar/alternatives, Keurig coffee pods, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, bleach, trash bags, and cleaning supplies are provided. These will not be re-stocked during the lease term.

To enhance your visit, this property comes installed with smart-home technology. Our properties have keyless entry, a noise detector, and a smoke detection device. This allows us to respond to noise nuisances and smoke detection without disrupting your stay. All devices are 100% privacy-compliant. The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke.

Linens and robes are included.

Molton Brown toiletries are provided.

Fully stocked kitchen including a Keurig, French Press, Vitamix and all meal prep needs.

Restrictions

  • Pursuant to the City of Atlanta Noise Ordinance, outside noises shall not exceed 50dB at the property line between the hours of 8 p.m. and 9 a.m., and shall not exceed 70dB between the hours of 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.
  • Guest of his/her invitees shall not park anywhere but in the designated parking spots assigned to the unit.
  • No filming of any kind is permitted without written permission prior to your stay and prior to all fees being processed.
  • No illegal activities are permitted anywhere, on or near
  • the Premises by the Guest and/or any of Guest’s invitees during the rental period.
  • If it is determined that there were more people occupying the unit than allowed, you will be charged $50 per person over the maximum guests allowed.
  • ALL Keys, Cards, Fobs not returned at the end of the stay will incur a $100-$150 replacement fee per item.
  • Any trash violations or property damages billed to The Property Manager during the rental period will be billed to the tenant on this lease agreement.
  • Guest will be held financially responsible for any and all damages and/or missing inventory during the stay, up to and above your deposit.
  • Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
  • Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • The property is not responsible for items left behind.
  • Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
