This Condo is beautiful and clean! We just stayed for the night, and worked perfect for us. We stayed during the off season, so nothing around was open but still a beautiful place to walk around. there was a hot tub that looked great and a kitchen with anything we would have needed had we stayed longer. We would love to stay again!

  • Homeowner Association rules do not permit guests to bring a pet or smoke on the property. These rules are strictly enforced. Guests will be fined $200 per day if they bring a pet or smoke on the property.
  • Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate special requests, however, we cannot make any guarantees for bedding, view, floor, in-unit amenities, private balconies, unit location, or specific unit number. We will attempt to notify you in advance if a special request is not going to be honored due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • The rental management reserves the right, without notice, to move you to a similar or upgraded rental property IF the original rental property becomes unavailable or uninhabitable due to unforeseen circumstances. We will attempt to notify you in advance of your options whenever possible; therefore, we are unable to make any guarantees for requests.
  • Any changes to reservations for arrival or departure dates, room sizes, and location are subject to current availability and there will be only 1 date change allowed. We will try to help accommodate all requests from our guests.
