Accommodating up to 14, the home features beautifully appointed bedrooms and four bathrooms, including a spa-inspired primary suite with radiant heated floors, a soaking tub, and an oversized shower. An expansive deck captures views of the golf course, Castle Peak, and surrounding mountains, complete with a private oversized hot tub, fire table, lounge seating, and outdoor dining. Indoors, a lower-level entertainment lounge, wet bar, fitness equipment, and a heated garage with games offer plenty to enjoy between adventures. No Refund: Reservations canceled 30 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
The outdoor space is open (not fenced) to preserve the mountain scenery and alpine feel.
With access to EagleVail’s golf, trails, pickleball, and parks.
You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home, except for a few locked closets used for storage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a call or text away if you need anything or would like local recommendations. A keypad on the front door provides easy and secure access.
To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
The hot tub is located behind the unit next door but is available for your use from 8am-9pm daily.

- Reservations may be subject to additional guest fees.
- Guests must respect the home, neighborhood, and all house policies. Additional fees may apply for violations.
Events & Noise
- Parties are not permitted. A few visiting guests are allowed with prior notice to the property manager.
- Please respect quiet hours.
Prohibited Activities
- No smoking of any kind inside the home. Smoking outdoors is permitted only away from windows and doors. Indoor smoking will result in a minimum $250 mitigation fee.
- Please remove shoes at the front door.
Equipment & Amenities
- Propane & Firewood _(if equipped)_: Propane and firewood are not stocked. Guests should check propane levels before using applicable amenities. If a propane tank requires refilling, contact the property manager for reimbursement.
- Propane Use _(if equipped)_: Close the propane tank when not in use.
Checkout & Care
- Early check-in may be requested through the electronic guidebook on the day of arrival and is subject to availability and the cleaning schedule. If approved, a $50 fee applies.
- Late check-out is not available due to cleaning schedules. Late departure will result in a $125 fee and may be charged up to the cost of an additional night if it impacts incoming guests.
- Check the home carefully before departure. Returning forgotten items costs $30 plus shipping.
