KEY Curation Notes

Jordanelle Reservoir views from every level. The main living area, primary suite, and both private balconies face the reservoir directly, with Deer Valley's ridgeline across the valley — the orientation is consistent throughout the home rather than limited to one room.

Private hot tub on the ground-level patio. Positioned to face the same panorama, with reservoir and mountain views after dark.

Two full living rooms across separate levels. The main-level great room anchors around a gas fireplace and 75" TV with a wall of glass that opens to the upper balcony; a second family room on the lower level has its own sectional and 75" TV with a separate balcony — useful for larger groups who want independent spaces.

Six sleeping configurations for groups of 12. The king primary suite, four additional bedrooms, and a dedicated bunk room (full-over-full plus trundle) are spread across the lower and first levels.
