The beautifully landscaped backyard is a secluded paradise with a private pool, hot tub, putting green, yard games, and a sprawling patio! You will find yourself across the street from the Desert Horizon Park where you can take advantage of a big, sandy playground, and basketball and volleyball courts. This exceptional two-level home offers almost 3,000 square feet, four bedrooms and three bathrooms to accommodate up to 14 guests. You'll enter the home via the double front doors and into the main living area with a sitting room, living room, kitchen and dining area – all open and bright with high ceilings. Living Room: This room offers contemporary-style furnishings including a spacious sectional and dual armchairs, a 65” Smart TV and a decorative fireplace (non-functional). You'll also have access to the incredible backyard and pool area. Kitchen: The open chef's kitchen is fully equipped and provides stainless-steel appliances, a kitchen center island and bar seating for four. There is also a high-top bistro table with seating for two. Dining Room: The dining room offers a lovely glass-top table, plush seating for six and is accentuated by a gorgeous chandelier. Sitting Room (off the entrance): This cozy area offers a conversation area with a queen sofa-sleeper and armchairs. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Master Bedroom (upper level) — Soaring ceilings accentuate this spacious room offering a king size bed, queen sofa-sleeper, 65” Smart TV, and a walk-in closet. The en suite bathroom is a tranquil oasis and features two vanity areas with a make-up area, a soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 (upper level) – King size bed, a 50” Smart TV, and access to a full shared bathroom with dual sinks and a tub/shower combo. Bedrooms 3/bunk room (upper level) – Two twin-over-twin bunk beds, a 32” Smart TV, and access to a full shared bathroom. Bedroom 4 (main level) — King bed, a 50” Smart TV, access to a (main level) full shared bathroom with a shower and direct access to the courtyard. Outdoor Spaces: The walled-in backyard is bordered by local plants including tall palms, cacti and fruit trees to create a resort-style oasis. Enjoy the 9' deep pool and the soothing hot tub. Sunbathe on the six surrounding lounge chairs. And don't forget about the life-size chess board and cornhole games, and the putting green to brush up on your short game. The covered patio is accentuated by twinkling lights, and features a six-seat lounge area, an alfresco dining table, and a built-in gas grill — perfect for outdoor dining favorites. A separate courtyard features a fire table and chairs – perfect space to gather after a full day of activities. Note: The pool can be heated upon request prior to arrival for a fee of $95 per day. No pool heating is offered June 1-September 30 due to the unpredictable outdoor temperatures and conditions, and pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed. Pool depth is 4 to 9 feet. This place is a gem, very well appointed. Feels like a very upscale hotel with thoughtful amenities especially for a large family or gathering. The Master bedroom bathroom is gorgeous and large shower and bathtub with plenty of storage space for a couple of weeks! It really is a very inviting estate. The backyard is a wonderful playland complete with mini put golf, and large piece chess board. The swimming pool and hot tube provide great relaxation. A large gas grill available to complement your picnic dining. Sitting area complete with outdoor fans make for a nice leisure morning drinking coffee. It is in a great location very close to great dining, golfing and downtown. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and dishes/cutlery perfect for the culinary artist. The wifi worked really well and supported 7 of us with gaming, working remotely, etc. Highly recommend staying here!

  • Parking Rules: Strict parking rules may apply. Violations result in tickets or towing at the guest's expense, with Management not liable for costs or damages.
  • System Failures: Management isn’t liable for damages from system failures (e.g., water, electrical). They will attempt repairs, but no refunds will be given.
  • Unforeseen Occurrences: Management isn’t liable for loss or inconvenience from events like weather, natural disasters, or service interruptions. Guests are advised to get a Cancellation Waiver.
  • Pools and Spas: Pools/spas might not be fenced. Guests are liable for damages from misuse and use is at their own risk.
  • Air Conditioning and Heating: If equipped, AC should not be set below 72°F and heat not above 78°F. No refunds for HVAC issues. Keep doors/windows closed when in use.
  • Cleaning Fee: Premises are professionally cleaned before arrival. Guests pay for cleaning after their stay, which is mandatory and non-refundable. Excessive cleaning costs will be charged to the guest.
  • Noise Ordinances: Follow strict noise rules, especially from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Violations can lead to fines, eviction, and loss of the rental amount and security deposit.
  • Pets: Pets are generally not allowed unless pre-authorized. Unauthorized pets incur a $2000 fee plus cleaning costs and can result in eviction and loss of rent. Service animals are allowed with proper documentation, and guests are responsible for any damages.
  • No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited. Any damage from smoking will be charged to the guest’s credit card, including costs exceeding the damage waiver or deposit.
  • Inspection on Arrival: Guests must inspect and report any issues with the property immediately. This does not entitle them to cancel or receive a refund.
  • Construction: There may be nearby construction. Management will address violations but isn’t responsible for disruptions caused by construction.
  • Lost Items: Guests are responsible for their possessions. Management isn’t liable for lost or stolen items but will attempt to return found items at the guest’s expense.
  • Occupancy Limits: The property is for approved guests only. Over-occupancy incurs a $250 per person per night charge.
  • Prohibited Events: The property cannot be used for large events like weddings or parties. Violations result in immediate eviction and loss of the rental amount and security deposit.
