We have returned to this house for the second year. It offers us a grand setting for our family's July vacation on Kiawah Island. The house accommodates us perfectly with lots of room to socialize, or to sneak away for some quiet time if needed. The pool is perfect for anytime of the day; the kids love it!! The setting is beautiful. The views over Canvasback Pond are incredible anytime of the day!! Easy access to the beach. We will come back again.

Self check-in
Private pool and hot tub can be heated for $100/day; no cost to heat the hot tub. In the event of unseasonably freezing or cold weather, it is possible that pool heating may not be operable or available, as heating temperatures typically only reach 10-15 degrees higher than current outside temps and may still not be warm enough to enjoy.
Fireplace is unavailable for guest use.

Other activities on Kiawah Island include golfing on world-class courses, playing tennis or pickleball at the community courts, exploring the island by kayak, spotting dolphins along the waterways, crabbing and fishing, strolling the pristine beaches, searching for shells and other coastal treasures, or simply relaxing and soaking in the laid-back island lifestyle.
Please note our properties DO NOT have access to the Kiawah Island Resort Pools or Fitness Center.
Each bed within the property will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a top blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each full bathroom is outfitted with 4 large bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and a bath mat.
We do provide an initial supply of paper products like toilet paper and paper towels, but these are not replenished during your visit. We also provide a one-day starter kit of coffee and coffee condiment packs.
Kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, and other standard kitchen items are provided in the property. Any perishable items (including special seasonings and cooking oils) will not be provided. There are grocery and convenience stores within close driving distance, should you need to purchase additional items.
Note: The linens will only be serviced upon departure unless mid-stay cleans are purchased through our office. Bath towels are not permitted to be taken from the rental home so we suggest you bring or rent beach or pool towels.
Mid-Stay Cleanings may be purchased for an additional charge. A Mid-Stay clean includes fresh towels and linens, another toiletry start-up kit, trash take-out, dishwasher loading and a light cleaning/vacuum.

- Mountain access: 4WD vehicle/chains strongly recommended Nov-April due to unpredictable weather
- Air conditioning: Not available at all properties, no refunds or property switches
- Elevator: Not available, remains locked
- Hot tub _(if equipped)_: Rinse before/after use. No lotions, oils, soaps, or additives. Don't tamper with sanitizer dispenser. Keep cover on when not in use (cover damage: $500). Don't unplug. No glassware. Use at own risk
