Overlooking the 14th hole of the Osprey Point Golf Course, the home features a private pool, a billiards room, and a ping pong table, ensuring endless fun for everyone. The open floor plan, complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows, bathes the space in natural light and invites the beauty of Kiawah Island indoors, creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere. Inside, the living area boasts a large flat-screen TV and plush seating, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. The dining area comfortably seats 10, and the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances makes meal preparation a breeze. Two master suites, one on each floor, offer king beds and private TVs, while additional bedrooms provide queen and twin beds, all with en-suite bathrooms. Outside, the spacious deck with a poolside view is ideal for evening gatherings, where you can dine al fresco and savor the coastal breeze. Bluebill Sanctuary offers a luxurious, family-friendly escape where every detail is designed for a memorable stay.

My family had a fun week of sun, beach and pool ! This is our second time at this well appointed home and beautifully landscaped property. Each time we have stayed ,there is always at least one deer to greet us . She strolls by during morning coffee by the pool and then pops back for evening poolside cocktails. The numerous cardinals and hummingbirds add extra zen to my daily poolside yoga . The oak tree and bamboo lined bike path to the beach is conveniently located providing quick access to the silky sandy beach.. Crossing the bike path bridge , in the pond below floated a drowsy 6 foot gator ! So many ways to unwind . We so enjoy this home that we have booked it again for a third visit .

Things you need to know
Self check-in
The private pool cannot be heated. The pool is fully accessible from several areas of the home and is not suitable for children who cannot swim. The shallow end is approximately 4.5 feet deep, and the pool stretches an impressive 20 yards in length.
Tennis & Pickleball Access: Pay to play at West Beach Tennis Court & Roy Barth Tennis Center
Golf Access: 5 Public Golf Courses - Ocean Course, Turtle Point, Osprey Point, Cougar Point, Oak Point
Other activities on Kiawah Island include golfing on world-class courses, playing tennis or pickleball at the community courts, exploring the island by kayak, spotting dolphins along the waterways, crabbing and fishing, strolling the pristine beaches, searching for shells and other coastal treasures, or simply relaxing and soaking in the laid-back island lifestyle.
Please note our properties DO NOT have access to the Kiawah Island Resort Pools or Fitness Center.
Fireplace is unavailable for guest use.
Each bed within the property will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a top blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each full bathroom is outfitted with 4 large bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and a bath mat.
We do provide an initial supply of paper products like toilet paper and paper towels, but these are not replenished during your visit. We also provide a one-day starter kit of coffee and coffee condiment packs.
Kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, and other standard kitchen items are provided in the property. Any perishable items (including special seasonings and cooking oils) will not be provided. There are grocery and convenience stores within close driving distance, should you need to purchase additional items.
Note: The linens will only be serviced upon departure unless mid-stay cleans are purchased through our office. Bath towels are not permitted to be taken from the rental home so we suggest you bring or rent beach or pool towels.
Mid-Stay Cleanings may be purchased for an additional charge. A Mid-Stay clean includes fresh towels and linens, another toiletry start-up kit, trash take-out, dishwasher loading and a light cleaning/vacuum.

- Written permission required for any celebration, gathering, reunion, or event
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Unauthorized pets: $200 fee + $500 cleaning charge. Must board pet immediately or leave without refund
- Smoking: No tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vaping, or incense indoors - $300 restoration fee
- Other: No marshmallows in gas log fireplaces
Equipment & Amenities
- Mountain access: 4WD vehicle/chains strongly recommended Nov-April due to unpredictable weather
- Air conditioning: Not available at all properties, no refunds or property switches
- Elevator: Not available, remains locked
- Hot tub _(if equipped)_: Rinse before/after use. No lotions, oils, soaps, or additives. Don't tamper with sanitizer dispenser. Keep cover on when not in use (cover damage: $500). Don't unplug. No glassware. Use at own risk

- Locked areas reserved for owner storage
