KEY Curation Notes

Ski-in/ski-out directly off the Double Cabins run, with the gondola and grocery store across the street. The home sits at one of the most convenient locations in Mountain Village — slopes at the door, free gondola to downtown Telluride steps away, and the Village Market a one-minute walk.
Built in 2020 with high-end finishes throughout. The open-concept main floor features vaulted ceilings, wall-to-wall mountain views of the San Sophia Range, a gas fireplace, SONOS sound system with in-ceiling speakers, and whole-home humidification — a meaningful comfort feature at altitude.
Chef's kitchen with dining for 10. Stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar seating five, and a round dining table for ten with a lazy Susan — well-suited to groups that cook together.
Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Three king suites (two upper-level with AC) and one bunkroom all have private or adjacent baths. The primary suite adds a soaking tub and steam shower.
Private six-person hot tub, BBQ deck, and six pairs of forced-air boot heaters. The boot heaters are a practical standout for ski trips — dry, warm boots every morning.
AC is limited to the two upper-level suites. The lower bedrooms and common areas don't have air conditioning, worth knowing for summer stays.
Mountain Village, not downtown Telluride. Quieter at night than the town proper; the free gondola makes the trip easy but it's still a ride. The free Dial-A-Ride shuttle covers local movement within the village.

This home was perfect for 6 friends looking for some downtime and downhill. The place was immacualte and had everything you would want in a luxury home. One of tyhe nights we had a private chef and invited some of our friends over...15 people. The chef said the kitchen was perfect and said homes aren't usually as well stocked as ours. But beyond the kitchen, the beds, the comfort...the views and location really made this unit perfect. If this unit is in your price range and you like what you see from the photos: it's a no brainer.

Toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissue, sponge, dish tabs for dishwasher, coffee filters for coffee maker, laundry soap, dish soap, foil, cling wrap, kitchen garbage bags, salt, pepper, hotel amenities including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, bath gel, and hand soap are provided.

This property has the following: Bed linens and towels. There are 2 sets of towels per guest. Additional towels for the hot tub if a hot tub is an amenity. Sheets provided for pull-out sofas, extra blankets, extra pillows in the home, fans, humidifiers, or a whole-home humidification system.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • All guests must sign a Guest Occupancy Agreement. For damage protection coverage, the primary guest must provide name, phone number, email address, and physical address for identity verification.
  • The guest signing the reservation agreement is responsible for the conduct of all occupants and for any intentional or malicious damage, theft, unnecessary maintenance, or excessive cleaning caused by anyone in the party.
  • Most reservations include accidental damage protection covering reported accidental damage up to $2,000. Damage must be reported immediately to qualify for coverage. Intentional damage, malicious damage, theft, unattended pet damage, unnecessary maintenance, and excessive cleaning are not covered.

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets (Dogs Only): In pet-friendly homes, approved dogs are permitted with a fee of $35 per dog, per day, plus a $75 cleaning fee.
  • Guests must clean up after pets; excessive pet-related mess may result in additional cleaning charges.
  • Dogs may not be left unattended unless secured in a crate.
  • Unattended dog damage is not covered by damage protection.
  • Unauthorized pets in any home may result in immediate eviction and a $500 fee.
  • Pets are prohibited in non-pet-friendly homes unless specifically approved.
  • Smoking & Vaping: Smoking and vaping of any kind are prohibited. Evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a minimum $500 fee.
  • Firearms, Explosives & Fireworks: Firearms, explosives, and fireworks are prohibited on the property.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Parking: Parking availability varies by property. Many condominium and townhome communities allow only one vehicle per reservation. Guests are responsible for complying with all parking restrictions applicable to the property.
  • Internet, TV & Household Amenities: Properties generally include Wi-Fi, television service (cable, satellite, or streaming), linens, towels, and standard household amenities. Availability and specific services may vary by property.
