This house is not a house…it is a home. A beautifully loved, truly cherished, carefully curated home that exudes warmth & comfort from the moment you walk in the door. It has gorgeous artwork throughout, top of the line finishes, and not an architectural or design detail has been overlooked. Each bedroom is beautifully appointed. The views are stunning, the amenities are everything you love and hope for when lakefront on Tahoe. The yard is beautifully maintained, with a large lawn that meets the lake. The dock is perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, boating and just relaxing on the lake. A true treasure!

100% Refund: Receive a 100% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Identification is required for all reservations. This requirement does not apply to stays exceeding 30 days.
- The legal signatory on the Vacation Rental Agreement must occupy the property during the reservation dates and is responsible for all guests staying at the property.
- The property is intended for registered guests only. Tahoe Getaways reserves the right to refuse service to anyone not meeting rental requirements.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: No pets are permitted without prior approval. Approved homes may allow up to two adult dogs (18 months or older) with authorization and a fee of $35/night per dog. Cats and all other pets are prohibited. Damage caused by dogs is not covered under the Damage Waiver and remains the guest’s responsibility. Service animals assisting individuals with disabilities are permitted as required by law.
- Illegal Substances: Guests must comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Equipment & Amenities
- Property ratings, amenities, and features may vary by home. Refer to the individual property listing for specific details.
Checkout & Care
- All property damage must be reported to management before checkout. Failure to report damage may void Damage Waiver benefits.
- Separate recycling from trash, flatten cardboard boxes, and securely tie all trash bags. Excess recycling and cardboard may be stored in the garage if bear boxes are full. Guests should contact management if additional trash removal is needed.
- Excessive trash may result in a charge of $20 per 40-gallon bag.
Liability & Disclaimers
- A Damage Waiver may be included in the reservation and provides coverage for accidental guest-caused damage up to $3,000, provided damage is reported before checkout. Damage caused by dogs or vehicles is excluded.
- Guests are responsible for all damage beyond Damage Waiver coverage, including repair and replacement costs exceeding $3,000. Charges may be applied to the card on file.
- Guests who decline the Damage Waiver may be required to provide a refundable security deposit. Deposit amounts vary by property and are returned within 21 days of departure if no damage or loss occurs.
- Property features, ratings, and descriptions are subject to change and may vary by home.
- Optional travel insurance is available through a third-party provider for eligible trip cancellations, delays, and covered travel-related events
