The house is open and spacious. The high ceilings and large windows are wonderful features. The kitchen is great to work in and has everything we need. The pool and back yard are completely private and quiet. We spend much of the day outside reading and enjoying the beautiful setting and view of the mountains. There is also an office where we can set up our computer and work when we need to. The master bedroom is huge and the bathroom is fabulous. The guests rooms are also wonderful and each has its own television. Two of them have en-suite bathrooms. In fact, perhaps they are too nice because we have family and friends who want to visit every year. We couldn’t be happier here.

There are two active surveillance cameras on-site, one at the front door facing the driveway, one over the back door facing the koi pond.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. Noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- One-day notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of $99 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact us after booking to purchase pool spa heat for their stay.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
- All guests shall abide by good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
- The use of charcoal grills is not allowed.
- The renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
- Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
- The Property is provided as is, and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities.
- You acknowledge that if the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside our control.
