Parking information
- Parking is available with one unassigned space in the communal garage. - Park City and/or the HOAs have strict parking rules. No parking is allowed on the street year-round. Guest acknowledges that vehicles will get ticketed and/or towed for violating Park City’s and/or the HOA’s parking rules and regulations. Any costs or damages resulting from such parking violations shall be Guest’s sole responsibility, and in no event shall Management be held liable for any costs or damage resulting from Guest, Guest’s visitors, or licensees parking in violation of Park City’s and/or the HOA’s parking rules, regulations, ordinances, or any other governing terms.

The Arrowleaf complex offers a range of luxurious community amenities. Guests have access to outdoor hot tubs, two fire pits, and an outdoor grill area. A private ski locker with boot warmers for three pairs of boots ensures a comfortable skiing experience, with direct access to the chairlift and ski run. The skiers’ lounge provides a welcoming atmosphere with a gas fireplace, conversation areas, a pool table, and specialty coffee and tea service. For added convenience, guests can take advantage of the Empire Pass Express On-Demand Shuttle Service.
Ski storage is available in a private locker with boot warmers on the first level.
Exterior Cameras at property: Deer Valley Arrowleaf 211B has one camera mounted to the left of the fireplace on the window trim, pointing out the window to the mountains.
Complimentary starter pack of amenities including rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, detergent, and basic condiments. You are responsible for the purchase of any additional items you may require during your stay.
