The private lagoon-style pool, surrounded by a large island with seating, sink, and party lights, provides an oasis for relaxation and entertainment. Guests can easily explore the area by walking, biking, or renting a golf cart from Coastal Eds. Pets are considered, ensuring every member of the family can join in on the fun. Inside, the spacious living areas are complemented by high-end finishes such as shiplap walls, quartz countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The downstairs suite features a living room with a sleeper sofa and a king-size bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, an expansive deck offers breathtaking views of sunrises and sunsets, while the stunning kitchen and living area invite you to unwind and enjoy the island life. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.

Travel-sized toiletries (Shower Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap), towels, bedding, sheets, pillows and blankets are provided.

Stocked with cleaning supplies you might need to keep your stay safe and sanitized. This includes an all-purpose cleaning solution and an arsenal of cleaning appliances to make sure you’re equipped for any occurrence.

Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows, and comforters. Linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
  • Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
  • Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
  • The maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.
  • Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
  • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
  • If you exceed the maximum number of guests listed on your reservation without approval, we are entitled to require you to vacate and remove from the Accommodation in a manner consistent with applicable law and you may be subject to additional fees.
  • Guest and registered guests will not use the Property for any commercial purpose, including professional filming and photography purposes at the Accommodation without prior written permission
  • Accessing neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
  • Guest will not make any alterations in or about the Property including, but not limited to, moving furniture, painting, wallpapering, adding or changing locks, installing an antenna or satellite dish(es), placing signs, displays or exhibits or using screws, fastening devices, nails or adhesive materials anywhere on the Property.
  • Please be advised that Guests staying at any Property located in an HOA community, or similar, are required to follow local rules, ordinances, or regulations.
  • The use of swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas, docks, ponds, lakes, beaches and any accessory or related equipment, while providing exercise, recreation, and relaxation can be inherently dangerous. You and your guests are strongly cautioned to adhere to the following safe practices:
  • No diving into the pool hot tub or spa;
  • No intoxicated persons may use the pool hot tub or spa;
  • No use of glass containers by the pool;
  • No one should use the pool hot tub or spa alone;
  • Children may never be left unattended when they gain access to the pool, hot tub, or spa, not even for a few seconds.
  • You and your guests agree to assume liability for pool, hot tub, or spa use, dock use, and any use of any body of water on the Property, including the use of any related accessories or equipment such as diving boards, pool floaties, etc. No Lifeguard will be on duty - you and your guests will swim at your own risk.
  • You are aware that hazardous road conditions do exist and agree to operate the bicycle in a safe manner, including but not limited to, wearing a helmet at all times while operating the bicycle. In the event that any bicycle is damaged, lost, or stolen during your stay, you agree to pay all costs of repair or replacement.
  • To prevent any damage to the HVAC system, the A/C thermostat may not be lowered below 72 degrees Fahrenheit at any time during your stay at the Property.
