I truly wish I could leave more than 5 stars! I booked this for my best friends bachelorette party and it felt like a Barbie dream house paradise! The experience from start to finish was smooth and the communication was phenomenal which was important as we were flying from the east coast. The space was gorgeous and comfortable and perfectly located to downtown. Would highly recommend for large groups especially bachelorette parties!

As our cherished guest, you will enjoy private full access to the entire hotel, ensuring a seamless blend of relaxation and recreation.
Pool and spa heating - $99/night for pool, spa is complimentary. A two-night minimum is required for pool heating, while there is no minimum required for spa-only heating. Any requests made less than 24 hours for pool heating may not result in optimal usage and are ineligible for refund. Pool heating must be consecutive days not broken up.
Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional $99.00 per hour and are subject to availability. Please reach out in advance if you’d like to request either, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Guests are welcome to have mail or packages delivered to the property during their stay; however, deliveries are made at the guest’s own risk. The host/owner is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or undelivered mail or packages.
- Please note that the property’s mailing address is typically forwarded to an offsite location, which may cause delays or affect deliveries. Because of this, we highly recommend guests either hold their mail at the nearest post office or rent an Amazon Locker for a more secure and reliable option.
- While we will do our best to assist if an issue arises, our ability to help retrieve missing items is limited and cannot be guaranteed.
- Outside Vendors (chefs, bartenders, cabana boys, etc.) need to be approved for insurance purposes.
- The Guest shall behave in a respectful manner and shall be good neighbors respecting the rights of the surrounding property owners.
- The Guest commits not to use the property for any illegal or commercial purpose, or otherwise allowing anyone or more people to stay above the maximum permitted or if not previously agreed with the Owner.
- The Guest is responsible for any breakage or damage costs (or related costs) in or to the property - along with any extra costs that may result.
- The Guest must not hold events (such as parties, celebrations or meetings) at the property without the advance written consent of the Owner.
- The Guest must allow the Owner or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during your stay.
- The Guest is obliged not to make any changes in the rented property without prior receipt of agreement from the Owner in writing.
- The Guest waives, discharges, and agrees to hold harmless Owner from all damages or injuries arising from or related to the Guest's stay at Property, including without limitation, any accidents or injury to the Guest, Guest’s visitors and associates, and loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. The Guest is responsible for keeping his valuables safe at all times.
