The home includes 24/7 support with a local manager for check-in and service needs, a fully stocked kitchen, premium linens and towels, a bathroom amenities start-up kit (including toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and soap), as well as a hair dryer and ironing equipment.
Full access to Kaanapali Alii Resort amenities, including oceanfront pools, a fitness center and yoga studio, tennis courts, herb garden, BBQ facilities with Grill Master service, housekeeping, on-site check-in, sundry store, and spa treatments.
There is a daily service fee of $50 + applicable taxes. This includes the following:

Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- A valid passport or U.S. government-issued ID and an accepted credit card matching the reservation name are required at check-in.
- Maximum occupancy is 4 guests for one-bedroom units and 6 guests for two- and three-bedroom units.
- Children 12 years and under stay free but count toward maximum occupancy.
- All units are for residential lodging use only and must comply with Homeowner Association rules.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Not allowed. Service animals are permitted only with prior disclosure and approval at the time of booking, and must be registered before check-in.
- All units are non-smoking; outdoor smoking may be restricted per HOA rules.
- Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
