This rental is exactly as shown in the photos. It is very roomy, well furnished and exceptionally clean. The balcony is perfect for morning coffee or late afternoon wine. We had no reason to contact management, so can not comment on their responsiveness, but they did inquire upon our arrival if everything was clean and in order, which it was. Would highly recommend this unit.
